And one of the significant aspects that come from tennis is grand slam titles and the fact that you can make a list of players with the most grand slams in tennis.

With years of preparation and training, these players give it all and do not find it easy to come on board a list of this sort. So the players that you are going to read about, are the ones earmarked for greatness in the world of tennis.

• Serena Williams – 23 Grand Slam Singles Titles

There’s probably not a person in the world who hasn’t heard about Serena Williams. The tennis legend is known as the player with the most number of grand slams with a record number of 23 titles. Between 2002 and 2017 alone, she was rated No.1 eight times by the WTA.

Thanks to her ability to seal the game and take points for herself, she is also known as the greatest female tennis player to ever live. While her titles clearly talk about greatness, her work through Philanthropy also defines the same as she was the Unicef Goodwill Ambassador in 2010.

• Steffi Graf – 22 Grand Slam Singles Titles

22 Grand Slams, including seven singles titles at Wimbledon and five titles at the US Open, being ranked No.1 for 377 weeks and ranking second in the Open Era are some of the greatest achievements that are commonly associated with former tennis legend Steffi Graf.

Her style of play was always considered to be tough, especially when you understand that opponents hardly gain points with games against her. She was the type of player on whom everyone places their money while indulging in sports betting because she was sure to win it all.

As a move to admire her achievements, Berliner Tennis-Arena was also renamed the Steffi-Graf-Stadium.

• Roger Federer – 20 Grand Slam Titles

The most decorated player in tennis needs no introduction because Roger Federer is not only a top tennis legend but is also one among the three men to ever win 20 Grand Slam titles in the history of the game. Apart from titles, Federer is also fond of records because he is always known to either create one or break them.

Several ATP records are attached to his name and he has also enjoyed a period of dominance where players did nothing but watch him win game after game. Thanks to his achievements, Federer has often found himself in lists that have labelled him one of the greatest make tennis players of all time

Apart from all that, Federer is also one of the richest players in the game with a net worth exceeding figures of huge proportions.

• Rafael Nadal – 20 Grand Slam Titles

In a close follow-up to Federer, we also have Rafael Nadal, along with Novak Djokovic, to be the three Men’s players with 20 Grand Slams. Rafael Nadal, who hails from Spain, has been ranked No.1 in the ATP rankings for as many as 209 weeks. His 20 Grand Slams tend to describe the kind of player that he is and why dominance needs to be his middle name.

His medals also include gold in Beijing and Rio de Janeiro, where he outperformed his opponents and went on to win round after round. And all of this was never seen as a surprising move, especially when you consider that Nadal, at the age of 19, became the youngest most successful player in the history of the ATP.

• Novak Djokovic – 20 Grand Slam Titles

A player with 20 Grand Slams is more or less the only description that you need to understand that Novak Djokovic is one of those players who is always the one to bet on, especially if you are into tennis betting. As a close rival to both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, Djokovic has created a path of his own and a style of play that is unique and special.

From winning the French Open to major awards and trophies at various levels, Djokovic has already proven to the world that he is made for the game and might never stop until he adds more titles to his name.

She is a well-known player and a famous personality, who is also a Czech-American coach. Navratilova is also the only player to hold the top spot in singles and doubles for over 200 weeks.

Moreover, she was also WTA’s no.1 singles for 332 weeks, thus signalling that brilliance was too small of a word to describe her ability. Apart from all that, Navratilova also won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003.

• Chris Evert – 18 Grand Slam Titles
